I Dip, You Dip … We Dip {bring the chips}

Food is important. I love food. But I also need it to be uncomplicated and taste damn good.

Enter my favorite dip 🥒🥑🧅

Feta

Avocado

Cucumber

Red onion

Grape tomatoes

Salt + Pepper

Balsamic vinegar - drizzled to taste

Optional: add strawberries, chickpeas or black beans or (and) grilled chopped chicken and boom … it’s a meal.

I won’t say that having a perfect healthy diet is a key to your milk supply…actually, the studies show that it doesn’t really affect it all that much. BUT, people who eat the adequate nutrition are shown to FEEL better and therefore respond better to their babes…which DOES increase your supply since removal of milk is the driver of your supply. And having the energy to meet your babe where they are is pretty crucial for your sanity, too.

Sharing easy, delish recipes is part of my love language….cooking for others in real life is a love language … so sharing that love here will have to be a close second best.
